Goodall Deed of Easement and Sketch Plat (linked in list below)

ON-SITE ASSIGNMENT:
Review the Goodall easement and sketch plat. Identify the Conservation Purposes and Values, and any policies referenced in the easement that support the protection or stewardship of the identified Conservation Values.
Divide into small groups according to restrictions protecting certain resources:
Riparian Buffers (Group 1)
Management of Forest and Agricultural Land (Group 2)
Buildings, Structures and Improvements; Impervious Coverage (Group 3)
With your small group, be prepared to report back for 5 minutes on the following questions (we will have three designated stops for the Fellows to report back according to their group's theme):
Briefly define and describe the restrictions outlined in the assigned section of the easement.
Describe how the restrictions advance the Conservation Purposes and Values and result in public benefits.
If you were PEC stewardship staff monitoring the property for easement compliance, what would you be looking for each year to make sure these values are protected?]
