Deliverables

Fellowship deliverables:

1. Collaborative Practicum (two-person teams) 

   •  Deliverable includes a 10-12 minute presentation to PEC staff and fellows, with five minutes of Q&A. 

2. Weekly writing assignment 

   • A one-page reflection is due at the end of each week on Sunday, through the end of week 7. It is a free-style assignment. The write-up can be on any topic covered during that week. Please email your writing assignment to fellowship@pecva.org. 

   • In each reflection, please include your name and date at the top of the document. Regardless of the file type (Word, Google Docs), be sure the file name for your document is written this way: yourfirstname-yourlastname-week-number-subject-matter-of-reflection.

3. Weekly photography assignment:

   • You'll need to submit two photos each week (along with your writing assignment) via email to fellowship@pecva.org. Please ensure the photos are "full resolution" and include a LOCATION and subject DESCRIPTION for each. 

4. Weekly Program Evaluation Survey

   • Douglas will distribute a survey link each Friday to evaluate how the program is going for you. Please take the survey over the weekend and submit it before the beginning of the next week. 

5. GIS Map or StoryMap 

   • This will be completed as part of the two-day GIS portion of the fellowship. In addition, some fellows may opt to pursue a more detailed StoryMap as part of their final practicum.
